Our campaign began because we met so many women broken by the experience of motherhood. Some were diagnosed with depression, many didn’t go to their doctor, feeling they could or should battle on regardless, or felt ashamed to admit they were not coping.

We feel it is essential mothers have access to information and low cost support groups to help them navigate their journey.

for more support for maternal mental health and recognition of matrescence.
